Individual accounts can make withdrawals of up to UGX 500,000 per day. Business accounts can transact and make payouts of up to UGX 5,000,000 per day. Daily limits reset every day at midnight.
Collections appear in your TavuPay balance as soon as the payment network confirms the transaction.
There is no setup fee. You only pay the transaction charges shown above when you use the service.
Transaction charges are applied to each payment automatically. Topups cost 3% in total, and disbursements cost 2% plus a UGX 1,200 network charge.
